Welcome to Little Sigil. These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of www.littlesigil.com (the “Site”) and your purchases from Little Sigil, , a LLC based in Washington State (“Little Sigil,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We make vinyl stickers, stationery, custom decals, digital printable files, and related products.
By using the Site, using the contacting us form or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.
1. Related Policies
These Terms incorporate our other policies, which apply to your purchases:
- Returns and Refund Policy (last updated October 20, 2026), which covers returns, refunds, replacements, cancellations, custom order remedies, color and cut variations, lost packages, and payment disputes.
- Privacy Policy which explains how we collect, use, and share personal information.
If these Terms conflict with the Returns and Refund Policy on a return, refund, cancellation, or shipping issue, the Returns and Refund Policy controls for that issue.
2. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on the Site with a new “Last Updated” date. Unless a change is required by law or is more favorable to you, the version in effect when you placed your order applies to that order. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms and is responsible for the purchase.
4. Products and Descriptions
We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. However:
- Colors and print appearance may differ from what you see on screen because of display settings, materials, and printing processes.
- Sizes, cut placement, and border widths may vary slightly, as described in the Returns and Refund Policy.
- We do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or pricing are error-free. We may correct errors at any time and may cancel affected orders, with a prompt refund of any amount paid.
- Products are offered while supplies last. We may limit quantities, discontinue items, or substitute a comparable product with your agreement.
5. Orders and Payment
Order acceptance. Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted only when we ship it or send written confirmation that we have accepted it. A confirmation email that we received your order is not acceptance.
Our right to refuse or cancel. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment problems, stock or production limits, pricing or listing errors, violations of these Terms, or content we cannot print under Section 8. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you promptly.
Pricing and taxes. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice, but changes do not affect orders already accepted. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and applicable law.
Payment. You agree to provide accurate, current payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and we do not store your full card details.
Payment disputes. Please contact us before starting a chargeback so we can try to resolve the issue, as described in the Returns and Refund Policy.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options, estimated transit times, and prices are shown at checkout. Estimates are not guarantees unless we expressly guarantee a date in writing. Our responsibility for lost, delayed, or untracked packages is set out in the Returns and Refund Policy.
You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by an incorrect address you supplied. For international orders, you are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and compliance with import laws in your country, and delivery may be delayed by customs processing.
We ship within the time stated at checkout, or within 30 days if no period is stated, subject to applicable law.
7. Custom and Personalized Orders
This section applies to logos, specified artwork, custom decals, business stationery, and any product containing your names, text, dates, images, or artwork (“Custom Orders”).
Your responsibilities. You are responsible for the accuracy and quality of everything you submit, including spelling, dates, text, file resolution, and colors. We reproduce submitted content as provided or as shown in an approved proof.
Proofs and edits. Custom Orders include up to two complimentary design edits before final approval. Additional edits may carry a fee, which we will tell you about before doing the work and which must be paid before the work is completed. Once you approve a final proof, changes may not be possible and may require a new fee or reprint charge.
Approval. Approving a proof means you have reviewed it and accept it. We are not responsible for errors in the approved proof or in customer-provided content that we reproduce as submitted.
Cancellations, returns, and remedies. Custom Orders are not eligible for voluntary return or cancellation after design or production work begins, and any cancellation is effective only when we confirm it in writing. Custom Orders that are defective, damaged before delivery, materially different from the approved proof or order, or incorrectly fulfilled are covered by the remedies in the Returns and Refund Policy.
Our right to refuse. We may decline, pause, or cancel any Custom Order at our discretion, including designs that we believe are unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate for our business. If we decline an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the portion we do not complete.
Our design work. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, design work we create for you remains our intellectual property, and you receive a license to use the finished products you purchase. We may not use your approved logo or customer-specific content for promotion without your permission.
8. Your Content and Third-Party Rights
You may submit artwork, text, logos, images, photos, and reviews (“Your Content”). By submitting Your Content, you represent and warrant that:
- You own it or have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed to use it and to have us reproduce it on products;
- It does not infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, privacy right, publicity right, or other right of any person; and
- It does not violate any law or contain unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or harassing material.
Do not submit designs that use trademarks, logos, brand names, characters, celebrity likenesses, or other third-party intellectual property unless you have the right to use them. We may refuse or remove any such order without liability.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify Your Content as needed to produce and fulfill your order, operate the Site, and handle any related dispute. For reviews, photos, and other content you post publicly or send for that purpose, you also grant us a license to display and share it on the Site, without your name. You keep ownership of Your Content.
You agree to indemnify us as described in Section 14 if Your Content results in a claim against us.
9. Our Intellectual Property
The Site and everything on it, including our sticker designs, artwork, illustrations, product photos, logos, branding, text, and layout, belong to Little Sigil or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
When you buy a product, you own that physical item. You may not, without our written permission:
- Copy, scan, reproduce, or redistribute our designs or digital files;
- Resell, repackage, or mass-produce our designs, or sell products featuring our artwork and likeness, other than reselling the original unaltered physical stickers you purchased through legal means;
- Use our name, logo, or designs in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement;
- Use our designs, blogs or social media platforms to train or build AI models or datasets.
If you wish to sell our products or request a license, contact us about wholesale or licensing terms.
10. Digital Products
Digital downloads and printable stationery files are licensed, not sold. When you purchase a digital product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download it and print it for personal use (and, if we specifically state so on the listing, limited commercial use). You may not share, resell, distribute, upload, or modify the files for resale. We may revoke the license if you violate these Terms.
Digital products are generally not returnable after download or access, subject to the remedies described in the Returns and Refund Policy for inaccessible, corrupted, or materially misdescribed files. Print results depend on your printer, paper, and settings, and we do not guarantee particular results.
11. Product Use, Safety, and Care
- Application and removal. Vinyl stickers and decals may not adhere well to every surface (for example, textured, dusty, oily, or low-energy surfaces). Adhesives can leave residue or damage paint, finishes, wallpaper, or delicate surfaces when applied or removed. Test in an inconspicuous area first. You apply and remove products at your own risk.
- Durability claims. Any statements about waterproofing, weather resistance, or durability describe typical performance under normal use, not guaranteed results. Actual durability depends on the surface, climate, handling, and cleaning methods, including dishwashers, high heat, abrasive cleaners, and prolonged outdoor exposure.
- Vehicles and safety. Do not place stickers or decals where they block vision, lights, license plates, safety equipment, or required markings, or where prohibited by law. You are responsible for following local laws.
- Children. Stickers and small stationery items may be a choking hazard for young children. They are not toys, and adult supervision is recommended. Keep away from children under 3 and from anyone who may put them in their mouth.
12. Acceptable Use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose;
- Provide false information or use someone else’s payment method without permission;
- Abuse discounts, promo codes, free-sample offers, return processes, or giveaways, including by creating multiple accounts;
- Scrape, crawl, harvest data from, or use bots or automated tools on the Site without our permission;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its security, or other users;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, or systems;
- Upload viruses or malicious code; or
- Use the Site in a way that infringes anyone’s rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access or cancel orders if we believe you have violated these Terms.
13. Accounts
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are compromised or fraudulent.
14. Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification
Disclaimers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and our products are provided “as is” and “as available.” Except for warranties that cannot legally be excluded and the remedies in our Returns and Refund Policy, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Sigil and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order or the Site will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
Nonwaivable rights. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limits, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy that cannot be waived under applicable law, or liability for our own fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Little Sigil and its owners, employees, and contractors from claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from Your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
15. Copyright and Trademark Complaints (DMCA)
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Site or a product we sell infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at info.little.sigil@gmail.com that includes:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email;
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
- The location (URL) of the allegedly infringing material;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We may remove material and terminate repeat infringers. If you believe content was removed by mistake, you may send us a counter-notice with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). For trademark complaints, email us with the mark, your registration details, and the listing at issue.
16. Promotions, Discounts, and Giveaways
Discount codes, sales, free-sticker offers, and giveaways are subject to any terms stated with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be combined, have no cash value, may expire, apply to eligible products only, and may be withdrawn at any time. Free promotional or redeemable sticker sheets are not eligible for return. Giveaways are void where prohibited, and no purchase is necessary to enter unless stated otherwise.
17. Email Newsletter
If you sign up for emailed Newsletters, you consent to receive them at the address or number you provide. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message. Consent to Newsletters is not a condition of purchase.
18. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may link to or rely on third-party services such as payment processors, shipping carriers, and e-commerce platforms. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.
19. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read it.
20. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, or refuse service, at any time for violations of these Terms or for other legitimate business reasons. You may stop using the Site at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions) will survive.
21. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute relating to them or your purchases are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pierce County, Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction.
Before filing a claim, please contact us at info.little.sigil@gmail.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve the issue informally.
22. General Terms
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Returns and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Policy are the entire agreement between you and Little Sigil about the Site and your orders.
- Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only as needed, and the rest will remain in effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a sale or transfer of our business.
- Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, supplier or material shortages, carrier disruptions, utility or internet outages, or government actions.
- Electronic communications. You consent to receive notices and records from us electronically.
- Headings. Headings are for convenience only.
